Yacht Skipper Services
The skipper manages the yacht during the charter.
- The skipper must inform the crew about the rules of behavior and safety on the yacht.

The crew must observe the rules of good manners (behavior) and safety on the yacht. Always follow the skipper's instructions.

The crew is obliged to assist the skipper in all cases necessary for the safety of the crew and the yacht, as well as when mooring in the port or marina.
- The safety of the boat and the equipment of the ship is the responsibility of the crew and the main client.
- The skipper is not responsible for the deposit to the charter company or insurance company and cannot be held consolidated responsibility for the write-off of the deposit if it is the crew's fault or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The skipper may recommend to the crew the route, anchorages, sailing area, sailing time, choice of distance, etc., based on his experience, knowledge of the region and weather conditions, and other understanding of specific features of the region.
- The crew has the right to choose their sailing program's route and distance and discuss this plan with the captain.

The skipper has the right to change the route and distance based on his experience, namely, weather conditions or when the crew's competence is not appropriate for the sailing program and may endanger the crew's health or damage to the boat.
- If there is no Co-Skipper on the boat, the skipper's duties are limited to driving the boat for up to 8 hours and a distance of no more than 40 n.m. per day (24 hours); the skipper's duties are limited to sailing at night.
- Also, the boat may not be anchored for more than two consecutive days or more than three days during the charter period of 7 days.
- If the boat is anchored at the crew's request, the crew must also keep a night watch for safety reasons.
- The crew may only leave the boat alone if the skipper is on the ship for any reason.
